Europcar BOOK & WIN promotion
 

1. Dates/Eligibility: The Europcar book & win promotion will take place from 15th November 2018 to 31st January 2019.
2. The promotion is administered by EC GSA i.e. us (The Promoter) and open to agents within the United Kingdom, who participate in the quiz by completing the required fields. Affiliates must reside in the UK and be at least eighteen (18) years old. Employees of Europcar and EC GSA as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of those employees are not eligible to enter.
3. Agreement to Terms and Conditions: By entering, you indicate your full and unconditional agreement to (a) these Terms and Conditions and (b) Sponsor’s decisions, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
4. How to Enter: Agents need to send the booking confirmations of their bookings made between 19th November 2018 and 27th January 2019 to advantage.europcaruk@discovertheworld.com. Entry for promotion closes on 27th January 2019. 
5. Prizes: Thirteen agents will be drawn at random after the promotion period – the following can be won: 1x £300 gift card, 1x £200 gift card, 1x£100 gift card, 5 x £50 gift cards and 5x 2 complimentary Plaza Premium Lounge passes.  
6. Selection of Winners: Winners will be randomly drawn on 30th January 2019 and will notified via email by 5pm on 1st Febuary. All selections of qualified agents for this promotion will be conducted by Sponsor’s agent, Discover the World in Scottsdale, AZ, whose decision is final in all matters relating to the giveaways. If a potential winner does not respond, Sponsor is unable to contact a potential winner, or a potential winner is not in compliance with these Terms and Conditions, prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's discretion.
7. Conditions: As a condition of entering, participants agree (a) that Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents ("Promotion Parties") are released, will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by participants against any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to person(s), including death, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of the prize or participation in this Promotion or any Promotion-related activities, including any travel related thereto; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs.
8. Limitations of Liability: Neither Sponsor nor Promotion Parties are responsible for lost, illegible, late, misdirected, incomplete, mutilated, or non-delivered mail, entries or email; or for interrupted or unavailable satellite, network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), Website, telephone or other connections, availability or accessibility, or miscommunications, or failed computer, satellite, telephone or cable transmissions, or lines, or technical failure or jumbled, garbled, corrupted, scrambled, delayed, or misdirected transmissions, or computer hardware or software or telephone malfunctions, failures, or technical errors or difficulties, or other errors of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic or network or the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry or other information or the failure to capture, or loss of, any such information. Neither Sponsor nor Promotion Parties are responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Website users, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Promotion; and assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect or delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with or hacking of the Website. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with entry process or operation of Promotion or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to threaten, abuse or harass any other person. Sponsor is not responsible for injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Promotion or downloading or copying materials from or use of Website. If, for any reason, Promotion, in the sole opinion of Sponsor, is not capable of running as planned by reason of infection by computer virus, worms, bugs, tampering, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes which, in sole opinion of the Sponsor, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend Promotion, and determine winners from eligible bookings received prior to action taken, or as otherwise deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor.
9. Governing Law: By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Nevada without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Nevada.
10. Winners' Names: For a listing of the names of the prize winners, send an email to advantage.europcaruk@discovertheworld.com. Winners’ name will be sent when the promotion is over, and prizes are awarded. Requests for winner’s name must be received by 27^th February 2019.
